- SIGN NEW PLOT HOLDER’S AGREEMENT
At the November 2025 AGM, the Membership voted to raise the Subscription Rate from £4.50/pole to £5.00 /Pole.
At the November 2025 AGM, the membership voted introduce a £1.00/pole surcharge to pay for repair of leaking Water Troughs across the site. Replacement will take place over 5 years.

- Water Trough Replacement Surcharge = £2.00 (we are replacing water troughs)
- Key Deposit = £10 (one-time fee)
- Membership Fee = £1.00 (one-time fee)
