Our 2024-25 Rent Day is 1st September 2024(Sunday) from 8AM to Noon. On the Day you will
- UPDATE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS,
- PAY 2024-25 SUBSCRIPTION (rent),
- BRING YOUR KEY TO GET A NEW KEY AND
- SIGN YOUR LICENSE TO OCCUPY AGREEING TO RULES
The Committee has decided not to raise rent for 2024-25 but anticipates rent will increase 2025-26 and will discuss this increase at the AGM in October.

Annual Subscriptions for 2024-25:
Plot Subscription (same as last year): £4 a pole
Membership Subscription (NEW members only): £1 (one-off fee)
Total Due: £4 x Number of poles
THE Gate LOCKS WILL BE CHANGED ON RENT DAY, 1st September 2024
Gates will be open from 8 AM on the 1st. Please bring your key when you pay your subscription to exchange for a new key. 1 key per member.
2024-25 TTACIC Rules
Copies of Rules will be provided when you sign/pay your subscription on the 1st and are attached to the email for your convenience
New Rules for 2024-25
There are 3 new rules that are included in the rules but are subject to change and voting/confirmation at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Oct. All other rules are the same and take effect 1 Sept 2024.
- Section 5 Cultivation: Fruit trees many be planted no closer than 2 m from edge of plot boundary in any direction.
- Section 9 Bonfires: Bonfires are NOT allowed at any time. TTACIC has a shared discarded wood pile (Plot no. 156) which is burned from time to time. You may discard your wood here but do not include any trash, plastic, rubber or painted material in the pile.
- Section 11 Temporary Structures: 5-pole ‘A” plots may NOT have any new temporary structures included sheds, polytunnel, greenhouse or henhouse.
